About the Opportunity

At Tringbox, we are not just selling a product. We are creating a new category in how music is experienced in public spaces.

We are looking for a high energy Sales and Business Development professional who thrives in outbound sales, understands the hospitality and retail ecosystem, and can build long term partnerships. If you have closed deals with cafes, restaurants, lounges, gyms, or retail chains, and you enjoy the thrill of scaling something new, this role is your stage.

We care more about your drive, persuasion, and relationship building skills than the number of tools or CRMs you have used.

The Role

You will be the face of Tringbox in the market, driving both B2B and B2B2C partnerships across hospitality and retail.

Our flagship offerings include

Tringbox AI In Store Music for retail chains, gyms, and cafes

Tringbox Consumer Internet Experience where guests at restaurants, bars, and lounges can play songs directly from their phones using Tringbox


What You Will Do

Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with high footfall hospitality and retail brands

Own the complete sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, demos, negotiations, and closures

Build strong relationships with owners, managers, and franchise leadership

Work closely with product and marketing teams to shape partner success stories

Drive repeat and referral business through exceptional partner experience

Represent Tringbox at events, conferences, demos, and partner meetings


Who You Are

Three or more years of experience in Sales or Business Development

Experience in Hospitality Tech, SaaS, Music, or Media Tech is preferred

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong outbound sales experience with confidence in cold outreach and closing

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Deep understanding of hospitality and retail ecosystems

Self driven, creative, and comfortable in fast paced startup environments
