Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales and Business Development Manager. The individual will oversee and execute strategic sales activities, identify and engage potential clients, and develop long-term business relationships. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and creating presentations and proposals. The role also involves collaborating with teams to develop and implement strategies for expanding business opportunities in line with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and Client Engagement
• Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Pipeline Management
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset
• Experience in the IT consulting, Staffing or technology services industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹279,309.10 - ₹1,241,074.45 per year
