Job title: sales executive - industrial sales (wires & cables) preferable.

Department: sales.

Reporting to: sales manager/regional sales head.

Experience: 1-5 years in industrial sales, preferably in electrical products/wires & cables sector.

Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in sales and marketing or a related field (preferred).

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and effectively promoting the company’s range of wires & cables. The role demands excellent communication skills, market understanding, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop new business opportunities in the industrial wires & cables segment.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients, distributors, contractors, and OEM.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiate effectively, and close orders.
  • Provide market insights, conduct competitor analysis, and recommend strategies.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and report progress to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Travel across assigned regions for business development activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strong B2B industrial sales expertise (preferably in wires & cables or electrical products).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Proven ability in client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Target-driven with strong business development and networking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business growth initiatives.
