Job Description

We are scaling a hunting team at Yatra for Business to fuel new client acquisition in the corporate segment. As an SDR/BDR, your mission is simple yet demanding: book confirmed meetings with CXO/Senior-level stakeholders and create a qualified pipeline for Account Executives. This role is ideal for individuals with 15 years of outbound prospecting experience who thrive in high-activity, performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Creation:

    Generate qualified opportunities by leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, E-Tool, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales tools.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach:

    Execute structured cadences using cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp nudges, and phone calls.
  • Meeting Generation:

    Drive the key metricconfirmed meetings with CHROs, CFOs, Procurement, and Admin leaders across pan-India corporates.
  • Qualification:

    Conduct structured discovery calls to ensure leads align with the Ideal Customer Profile before passing to Account Executives.
  • CRM Discipline:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity logs, notes, and lead stages in CRM.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner closely with Account Executives to maximize conversion rates and build a predictable pipeline engine.
  • Continuous Learning:

    Adapt messaging, sharpen outreach strategies, and stay current on market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    1–5 years in outbound inside sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles. B2B experience preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot (CRM/hunting experience is non-negotiable).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage high-volume cold calling and emailing daily.
    • Persistence in handling rejection and maintaining consistent outreach.
    • Well-versed in high daily outbound activity across calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Mindset:

    • Pure hunter DNA; energized by activity metrics and conversions.
    • Target-driven with discipline to exceed daily/weekly outreach KPIs.
    • Ambitious, with a clear drive to progress into Account Executive roles.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
