Job Title : Java Developer Experience : 2 to 6 Years About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications that power our products and services. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend components and APIs using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Work with MySQL databases: design schema, write complex queries, and optimize performance. Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Qualifications 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development. Strong proficiency in Spring Boot , Spring MVC , and related frameworks. Solid understanding of MySQL or other relational databases, including performance tuning. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker. Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis. Knowledge of messaging queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka. Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices. Ability to write unit and integration tests. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
