Job Summary:We are looking for a high-performing and goal-oriented Business Development Manager – Direct Sales to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct selling. The role involves identifying potential customers, making direct contact, presenting product offerings, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong persuasion skills, excellent field experience, and a proven track record in direct B2B or B2C sales. Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through direct field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Sell company products/services directly to customers, ensuring target achievement. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends. Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to deliver the best customer experience. Attend on-ground sales events, promotional campaigns, or exhibitions as required.
