Business Development Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, field visits, etc.)
  • Understand client needs and pitch tailored performance marketing solutions
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and manage the full sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads and client interactions in CRM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to learn and grow
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi
  • Willing to work from the Bangalore office
