Job Description

Division: PCP (Paints, Inks, Construction & Adhesives) / Flavors & Fragrances

Reports To: Country Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for sales and business development of industrial chemical products (pigments, resins, additives, and other raw materials) for the Paints, Inks, Construction & Adhesives, Flavors & Fragrances industry. The role involves working closely with segment managers at HO and the management team to expand specialty chemical business for the client.

Experience Required

Strong technical knowledge of raw materials used in these industries.
Experience in distribution industry and handling industrial customers.
Exposure to SAP and knowledge of GST/taxation.

Preferred Qualifications"

Bachelors degree in Science / Chemistry Graduate / Diploma in Paint Technology.
Background in Production or R&D within Paints, Inks, Coatings, Adhesives, Flavors & Fragrances or related industries
Pure sales experience in industries such as Paints, Inks, Coatings, Polymers, Metal Finishing, Foundry, PU, Sealants. Flavors & Fragrances

Key Responsibilities

Sustain and grow existing specialty chemicals business.
Expand product and supplier portfolio with support from HO and management.
Strong follow-up with customers to ensure completion of the sales cycle.
Submit timely and accurate MIS reports.
Identify and develop new products in collaboration with HO and customers.
Explore new market segments, micro markets, and customer bases to drive business growth.
Build sustainable, profitable relationships with customers.
Execute and implement successful development strategies for long-term growth.
