Sales & Business Development Manager - Market Research/Primary Research

You will be joining Acuity Knowledge Partners as a Business Development Manager in the Market Research division. Your role will involve developing and implementing a new business development strategy to drive growth and secure revenue targets. You will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio by hunting and closing deals with a team of business development professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business, revenues, and sales cycles. - Conduct high-level industry research and develop effective sales solutions by engaging with decision makers. - Drive revenue opportunities through digital sales, event sponsorships, and customized roundtable events. - Promote the company's services to prospective clients. - Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products/services offered. - Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Own and achieve annual sales targets. Key Competencies: - MBA or equivalent with a proven track record in sales, meeting or surpassing targets. - 5+ years of experience in Market Research or KPO selling end-to-end Market Research/Survey solutions, Data Processing, etc. - Experience in hunting opportunities and closing deals. - Ability to drive customer relationships and grow client accounts. - Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving, networking, and negotiation skills. - Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization. - Ability to excel in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with limited direction.,
