About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales (Business Development) Head to build and lead the sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Head will be responsible for formulating and executing the sales strategy, expanding the customer base, and ensuring the company achieves its revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong leader, and passionate about building relationships that fuel business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives Build, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive revenue growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies Oversee the Marketing function and work with the Marketing lead to generate demand Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure value-driven sales proposals Develop and oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and budgeting Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to the leadership team Set KPIs, review performance of the team, and implement corrective actions where necessary Champion a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the sales team Skills We’re Looking For : Proven track record of successful sales leadership in a service-based IT environment Strong understanding of IT service offerings, project delivery, and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving results Ability to work collaboratively in a flat organizational structure, valuing diverse perspectives and ideas Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and forecast sales Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals Passion for technology and innovation, with a commitment to continuous learning Work Experience Requirements : 15+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development in the IT services sector, with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets Prior experience in a leadership role is necessary, with a focus on mentoring and developing sales teams What We Need: A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a knack for breaking down complex challenges.
