About the RoleAs an Engineering Lead, you will be at the forefront of project execution, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect solutions, and guide teams through the entire development lifecycle. You will balance hands-on technical responsibilities with leadership duties, ensuring high-quality deliverables and a motivated team. While its great if you have hands-on experience in few of the technologies we use (Python, Flutter, Java, PostgreSQL, etc.), we understand you may not be an expert in all of them.
