🚀 We’re Hiring! Business Development Executive (Sales)


Location: Patna, India

We’re building the country’s first AI-native, pedagogy-driven tutoring and holistic development platform, designed not only to improve grades, but to unlock every child’s full potential across cognitive, emotional, and future-ready skill domains.


💼 Role Overview


We’re looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive who’s passionate about education, communication, and helping parents find the right learning support for their children. You’ll be the bridge between parents, students, and our tutoring network, ensuring every family gets the best possible guidance and onboarding experience.


🔑 Key Responsibilities


  • Identify potential clients (students and parents) through online/offline channels, referrals, and events.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to leads via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate client records and updates using CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Recommend the right tutoring programs based on client needs.
  • Present our value proposition clearly and confidently.
  • Handle objections and guide clients through enrollment, payment, and onboarding.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure progress and satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and proactively improve the client experience.

  • 👩‍💼 Who Can Apply


    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client relations, or educational services.
    • Based in Patna (required).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple relationships.
    • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office & Excel.
    • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
    • Female candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.


    🧭 Training Period


    All selected candidates will undergo a 5-day unpaid training program before officially joining.

    This training helps you understand TutorSchool’s model, product offerings, and client engagement process, ensuring you’re fully equipped for success from day one.
