Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Explaining TutorSchool's comprehensive course offerings including 1-to-1 tutoring, cognitive development programs, Gita-based values education, and skill development courses.
Conducting product demos to potential users.
Connecting with students (Classes 1–12) and understanding their learning needs.
Engaging with parents to explain our holistic education approach and benefits.
Onboarding qualified teachers/tutors onto our platform.
Building relationships with schools and coaching institutions.
Maintaining detailed Excel sheets with lead information, follow-up schedules, and conversion tracking.
Updating CRM systems with customer interactions and feedback.
Generating weekly reports on outreach activities and results.
Conducting follow-up calls and messages to nurture leads.
Handling initial customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinating with the academic team for course-related queries.
