At Mantra Digital, LLC, we help businesses grow with smart digital strategies, lead generation, and impactful campaigns. We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who can bring in new projects for our agency and support client requirements.

While your main role will focus on sales and client acquisition, if you also have a talent for content writing crafting engaging emails, proposals, or social posts that will be a big advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and connect with potential clients for Mantra Digital’s services.
• Handle inquiries, pitch our services, and close projects.
• Manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Keep CRM and pipeline organized with lead activity updates.
• Support client projects with communication and strategy.
• (Preferred) Contribute content for outreach, proposals, or social posts to strengthen engagement.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, or LinkedIn outreach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to flexible hours.
• (Preferred) Skill in content creation — writing emails, posts, or marketing copy.
