As a dynamic individual joining Anuschka Leather, you will be driving sales and business development initiatives across India for a brand that values artistry and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. - Manage and expand the client base while ensuring exceptional service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure product placements in MBOs, high-end retailers, and boutiques. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery. - Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability and display. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and new developments. - Evaluate stock levels and efficiently manage inventory. Candidate Requirements: - Strong planning and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Desirable: Experience in channel sales and establishing distribution networks. - Preferred Industry Background: Fashion, cosmetics, beauty, or consumer durables.
