Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Makesense’s wide range of creative and advertising services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and networking.
• Meet prospective clients, understand requirements, and pitch services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal creative, digital, and production teams.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Malayalam).
• Target-oriented, proactive, and good at negotiation.
• Knowledge of local market (Kerala) is an advantage.
• Agency or creative industry experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
