Job Description

As a Business Development Executive for a leading Construction & Builder Company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales of Villa Projects and collaborating with various marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include closing sales deals, working closely with marketing teams to expand the customer base, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to clients for a high-end experience. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Malayalam and English. While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role is preferred, immediate availability for joining is mandatory. You should have proven expertise in sales closure deals, negotiation skills, and a strong customer-focused approach to building relationships and delivering excellent service.
