Sales & Business Development Executive

As a Business Solutions Officer, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of HIMS software in client hospitals and healthcare organizations. Your main responsibilities will include conducting product presentations to showcase the software's features and benefits, providing implementation support to ensure smooth adoption, and addressing client issues efficiently. Additionally, you will participate in GAP analysis to identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements. You will also assist in optimizing processes and integrating NABH standards to enhance quality healthcare delivery, as well as support training sessions for medical staff on HIMS software and NABH protocols. Creating detailed client profiles, delivering exceptional customer service, and preparing regular activity reports will also be part of your role to maintain client satisfaction and achieve project milestones. To excel in this position, you should have a proven background in business development, sales, or customer support, preferably in the healthcare or software sectors. Familiarity with HIMS software and NABH protocols is advantageous, along with strong communication and presentation skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software are essential. A willingness to travel to client locations as needed is also required for this full-time role.
