Job Title: Business Development Officer at Karnal

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstration:- Conduct product demonstrations of HIMS software to potential clients, showcasing its features and benefits.

2. Implementation Support:- Assist the team in implementing HIMS software at client organizations/hospitals.- Support the team in addressing and resolving customer issues promptly.

3. GAP Analysis:- Participate in GAP analysis performed at client organizations/hospitals to identify areas for improvement.

4. Process Renovation and NABH Implementation:- Provide assistance in process renovation and the implementation of NABH protocols at client organizations/hospitals.

5. Training Support:- Support the training of doctors and staff on HIMS software and NABH protocols.

6. Client Profile Creation:- Assist in creating client organization/hospital profiles for corporate empanelment.

7. Customer Service:- Ensure efficiency, smartness, and prompt responses to customer inquiries and issues.

8. Reporting:- Provide daily reports to the Reporting Officer on activities, progress, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer support, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.

- Strong understanding of HIMS software and NABH protocols is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
