Role Over view We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the fitness and wellness space. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across B2B and institutional segments. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with gyms, fitness centres, corporates, and distributors. Present and promote Into Wellness products and solutions to prospective customers. Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, negotiation, and deal closures. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders and after-sales support. Represent Into Wellness at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in fitness, wellness, or equipment sales is an advantage). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
