Recruitment & Staffing sales

Key Responsibilities

Own
end-to-end B2B sales
as an Individual Contributor
Achieve
monthly/quarterly revenue and closure targets
Acquire new clients for
Recruitment & Staffing
(primary focus)
Prospect HR Heads, TA Leaders, Founders, and Delivery Heads
Generate leads via
LinkedIn, outbound emails, referrals, and CRM
Pitch services:
Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, RPO
Identify and close
AI Data Services
opportunities where applicable
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closures independently
Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams post-closure
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up discipline

Required Experience & Skills

1–5 years of B2B sales experience
Strong preference for candidates from:
IT Staffing Companies
Recruitment Consultancies
HR / RPO firms
Proven track record in
target-driven sales roles
Ability to work independently and take ownership of closures
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience using
LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach

Good to Have

Exposure to
AI / Tech / Data services sales
Existing B2B HR / TA network
Experience selling to
enterprise or global clients
Ability to upsell and cross-sell services
