Telecaller / Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Home Loans & LAP.
• Explain loan products and services to customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales and credit team for documentation and disbursement.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and new clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan or LAP sales
• Good communication.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Ability to handle targets and pressure.
• Experience in telecalling or direct sales preferred.
