Sales Associate - Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant (Sales Associate) to join our dynamic team at Propgenx Consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet organizational targets. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage real estate leads generated through telecalling, site visits, and online platforms.
  
• Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  
• Follow up with clients to convert them into sales opportunities.
  
• Handle enquiries from potential buyers and sellers via phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions.
  
• Utilize computer knowledge to manage customer data in the CRM System, schedule appointments, and track sales metrics efficiently.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in residential sales or real estate consultancy.
  
• Strong selling skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Proficiency in using computers for lead management systems (LMS) software.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
