Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive end-to-end sales operations including lead follow-up, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Expand and manage Channel Partner (CP) networks; conduct CP engagement drives and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, BTL activities, digital promotions, and event participation.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and pricing recommendations.
  • Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer experience.
  • Support documentation, agreements, and coordination with CRM and legal teams during booking and handover processes.


Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in handling high-value transactions and premium clientele.
  • Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and investors (preferred).
  • Ability to manage field activities, events, and customer interactions confidently.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
