Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve project sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for premium real-estate projects.
  • Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate leaders, and institutional clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, closures, and documentation.
  • Handle and nurture Channel Partner (CP) networks across Odisha; conduct CP meets and performance reviews.
  • Plan and coordinate roadshows, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, generate weekly/monthly sales reports, and present performance insights to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for BTL activities, digital campaigns, and lead funnel optimization.
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience during pre-sales & post-sales interactions.


Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and team-leadership skills.
  • Solid network of HNIs, investors, and channel partners (preferred).
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and conducting client meetings.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
