Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve project sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for premium real-estate projects.
Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate leaders, and institutional clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, closures, and documentation.
Handle and nurture Channel Partner (CP) networks across Odisha; conduct CP meets and performance reviews.
Plan and coordinate roadshows, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Monitor sales KPIs, generate weekly/monthly sales reports, and present performance insights to management.
Collaborate with marketing teams for BTL activities, digital campaigns, and lead funnel optimization.
Ensure high standards of customer experience during pre-sales & post-sales interactions.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
5-10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.
Strong negotiation, communication, and team-leadership skills.
Solid network of HNIs, investors, and channel partners (preferred).
Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and conducting client meetings.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
