About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Stay updated with current and upcoming project details, inventory, pricing, and offers. 2. Handle both inbound and outbound property inquiries. 3. Understand the client's requirements and recommend appropriate real estate projects. 4. Maintain and update client data accurately in the CRM system. 5. Schedule and coordinate site visits as per client convenience. 6. Assist clients during site visits and provide detailed project explanations. 7. Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and nurture client relationships. 8. Coordinate with developers for updated information on inventory, payment plans, and special offers. 9. Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets through effective client conversions.
