About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead generation and B2B sales 2. Target corporate clients (HRs, L&D heads, decision-makers) 3. Pitch wellness programs 4. Maintain sales pipeline and client database 5. Conduct meetings and regular follow-ups 6. Build long-term client relationships 7. Organize demo wellness sessions (meditation, chair yoga) 8. Create PPTs, Excel proposals, and custom pitches 9. Collaborate with business head for solutions and pricing 10. Track sales, leads, and client status (Excel/CRM) 11. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards 12. Report to Marketing & Business Head 13. Support B2B email and LinkedIn campaigns 14.
