Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Gurugram. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also identify opportunities to expand MyWall’s client base and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

Sales and client engagement skills, including cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and devise effective solutions
Adaptability and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain professionalism
Previous sales experience in media, digital marketing, or social media industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with market trends is an advantage
