Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Automobile Sales (mandatory)
Requirement: Own 2-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the Nissan showroom, ensuring a premium and professional sales experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the suitable Nissan model, variant, and finance options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, feature briefings, and coordinate test drives.
• Generate leads from showroom walk-ins, referrals, field activities, and digital enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales efficiently.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO, and delivery teams for seamless completion of the sales process.
• Maintain and update customer details in CRM and follow up for conversions.
• Stay updated with Nissan product features, new launches, and competitor models.
• Participate in local marketing events, roadshows, and field visits whenever required.

Skills & Qualities Required:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of automobile sales, especially in the 4-wheeler segment.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Willingness to work on weekends, special events, and outdoor activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
