We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate with a minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales to join our team for the Supertech/M-Tech project. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a target-driven approach. Candidates with knowledge of local real estate markets, basic CRM usage, and a customer-focused attitude will be preferred. We offer highly competitive compensation, and our commission slabs are structured at a level that is rarely offered in the Dehradun real estate market, making this a strong growth opportunity for the right candidate.
