Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate for an on-site role located in Gandhinagar. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. You will also work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand and articulate the value of our IT solutions to potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

Sales and Customer Relationship skills: Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Communication and Presentation skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
IT Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data analytics is preferred.
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills: Ability to assess client challenges, align them with IT solutions, and provide customized recommendations.
Goal-Oriented Mindset: Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
