We are seeking a qualified EDW Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a position with one of our esteemed banking clients. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of critical data initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. You will work with modern cloud platforms and lead other Business Systems Analysts (BSAs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise data warehousing, data modeling, and source-to-target mapping, collaborating across multiple technical and business teams. This role offers the chance to spearhead high-impact data projects using cutting-edge tools like Snowflake and AWS.

• Lead Business Systems Analyst efforts on enterprise data warehouse (EDW) initiatives and mentor junior BSAs.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define and document source-to-target data mappings.
• Contribute to data modeling activities using tools such as Erwin.
• Ensure adherence to data warehousing best practices and standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and AWS S3 platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling tools like Erwin.
• Strong background in data mapping and enterprise data warehousing practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities with experience leading teams or mentoring peers.
