Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the housing sector, with a strong background in achieving business targets through client relationships. Roles and Responsibility
Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding needs and cross-selling multiple products.
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, fostering a strong brand identification with potential customers.
Develop strong distribution channels and ensure vendor empanelment.
Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job
Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic record.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the housing sector.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling proactive understanding of customer needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
