Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Visakhapatnam. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying market opportunities, presenting and promoting our services, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves collaborating with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
