Key Responsibilities:

•           Develop and grow the company’s freight forwarding and customs client base.

•           Manage client relationships and ensure top-level customer satisfaction.

•           Identify and close business opportunities in import/export and logistics services.

•           Collaborate with operations and documentation teams for smooth execution.

•           Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•           Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.

•           Excellent understanding of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.

•           Strong communication and negotiation skills.
