Position: Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

Role Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:

  Identify potential clients for domestic and international freight services.

• Relationship Management:

  Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle queries.

• Sales & Targets:

  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; report progress to management.

• Market Awareness:

  Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

• Internal Coordination:

  Work with operations, documentation, and customs teams to ensure smooth shipments.

• Follow-up & Documentation:

  Track quotations, payments, and maintain records of client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in freight forwarding sales.
• Strong client network and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping documents, and international trade is a plus.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
