As a Freight Forwarding Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing the client base and establishing strong customer relationships. Your role will involve identifying potential clients in need of freight services, selling customized air, sea, and land freight solutions, and fostering long-term connections with importers, exporters, and supply chain managers. Additionally, you will be preparing quotes, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrate confidence, self-motivation, and goal orientation, and have a solid understanding of Incoterms and global shipping processes. Fluency in English is required, and experience with CRM systems is considered advantageous.
