Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and directly contribute to the growth of a high-impact sustainability startup?

EpiCircle is looking for a smart, driven, and entrepreneurial Sales Associate who can lead on-ground execution, build relationships, drive sales, and help us scale across Delhi NCR.

Important: This is a full-time role offering a salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, involving a mix of fieldwork and office responsibilities. Apply only if you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership.

What You'll Do

🔹 Drive Sales & Revenue

Engage with residential and B2B customers to convert leads and boost scrap pickups through our platform.

🔹 Vendor Onboarding & Partnerships

Identify, approach, and onboard new vendor partners including recyclers, eco-warriors, and local aggregators.

🔹 Field Operations & Customer Engagement

Coordinate field campaigns, meet vendors & partners, address service gaps, and ensure smooth pickup operations.

🔹 Support Market Expansion

Assist in launching epiCircle operations in new locations across Delhi NCR, including societies, offices, and commercial hubs.

Who You Are

✔ 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, operations, or field operations.

✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills — you can connect with customers and stakeholders effortlessly.

✔ Comfortable with both field and office work — your day might include customer calls, site visits, and team huddles.

✔ Self-starter with strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told, you figure it out and get things done.

✔ Passionate about sustainability and excited to grow with a purpose-driven startup.
