Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Associate will also participate in team meetings and collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Experience in preparing sales reports and meeting sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant work experience in the building materials industry is a plus
