Our core services include aircraft parts supply, aviation logistics and supply chain management, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), and component leasing. We support commercial airlines, cargo operators, MROs, and defense aviation teams in reducing downtime and optimizing fleets. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality aircraft parts, overseeing the supply chain operations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sourcing requirements. The role also involves preparing and reviewing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Experience in supplier negotiation, supplier relationship management, and supply chain operations Strong understanding of aviation parts, regulatory compliance, and technical expertise Proficiency in preparing and reviewing purchase orders and monitoring inventory levels Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Kochi Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
