Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Patna. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their financial goals, providing personalized mutual fund guidance, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include client consultations, performing financial assessments, recommending suitable investment options, and following up on client inquiries and feedback. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales and client relationship management Knowledge of mutual funds and investment strategies Organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification or similar is a plus
