Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team at Construction Mart.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell building materials within Nagpur and nearby regions, while maintaining accurate sales records for future business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Cement, Paints, R.M.C., Adhesives, and other building materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and retailers
• Maintain and update sales data for follow-ups and future sales strategies
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Sales experience (preferably in the construction/building materials sector)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain detailed sales records
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at building relationships
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within the territory
• Strong ambition to grow, with a commitment to work exceptionally in order to achieve exceptional results.
