Drivensteel Engineering is a leader in providing innovative engineering solutions and we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive at Drivensteel Engineering, your key responsibilities will include: - Cold Calling: Engage with potential clients in the US and Canada through various channels to generate leads and boost sales. - Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and cold calling. - Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the US and Canada, delivering exceptional service and nurturing long-term relationships. - Sales Pitching: Showcase and promote our products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating how our solutions address their needs effectively. - Lead Qualification: Assess leads and conduct initial evaluations to understand client needs, requirements, and pain points. - Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups to secure deals. - Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to guarantee the successful delivery of services to clients. - Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, performance, and client feedback, recommending enhancements based on market trends. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar sales or business development position, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English to clearly convey product offerings and engage in meaningful discussions with clients. - Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, and fostering new business relationships. - Goal-Oriented: Capable of meeting and surpassing sales targets and quotas. - Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRM tools and other sales platforms to monitor leads, client communication, and sales progress. - Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Self-Motivated & Driven: Proactive with a strong motivation to learn, develop, and excel in a competitive market. - Availability: Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate the US & Canada time zones, with shift timing from 5 PM to 2 AM IST.
