Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associate to join our Educational Sales team
The role focuses on promoting and selling educational products/services such as courses, training programs, schools, colleges, and institutions
The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, confident in communication, and driven to achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell educational programs, or solutions to prospective institutions
Generate leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
Counsel students/parents about suitable courses and career paths
Conduct product presentations and demos (online/offline)
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and partners
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain accurate records in CRM of leads, follow-ups, and closures
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events
Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred)
03 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or ed-tech
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
