🌟 Role Overview: Inside Sales Specialist


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will play a key part in driving sales, managing data, analyzing insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


🔑 Key Responsibilities


Sales & Client Management


Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions.


Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.


Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.


Data Management & Analytics


Organize and manage sales data to track performance and customer interactions.


Analyze data to derive insights that inform sales strategies.


Use CRM tools to maintain records and report on key metrics.


Communication & Collaboration


Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.


Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts.


Target Achievement & Incentives


Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock performance-based incentives.


🎓 Qualifications & Skills


1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client-facing, or a similar role.


Excellent verbal & written communication skills.


Strong data management and analytical abilities.


Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.


Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-focused.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
