Job Summary

Sales & Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  Generate qualified leads through cold calling, tele-calling, digital marketing leads, referrals, property exhibitions, and field sales.

• Client Acquisition & Business Development:

  Identify potential buyers, investors, and channel partners to expand the customer base.

• Property Sales & Deal Closure:

  Present property options, conduct client meetings, arrange site visits, and close sales deals.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Market Research & Sales Strategy:

  Study market trends, competitor analysis, and customer requirements to design effective sales strategies.

• Target Achievement:

  Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly real estate sales targets.

• Documentation & Transaction Support:

  Assist clients with property documentation, financing, and legal processes.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing and business development team to optimize lead conversion and sales performance.

Requirements

• Freshers with strong interest in

  real estate sales

  are welcome.
• Excellent

  communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
  
• Basic knowledge of

  real estate projects, property trends, and real estate market

  is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for
