Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Hyderabad. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing solar systems and related equipment, as well as providing technical support to clients. It includes conducting on-site service visits, handling customer concerns effectively, ensuring equipment performance, and collaborating with the sales team to deliver effective solutions. The individual will also support service documentation and provide reports on field activities.

Qualifications

Strong skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with solar systems and components
Field service experience, including system installation, maintenance, and repair
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address concerns with professionalism and clarity
Proficiency in providing technical support and delivering solutions effectively
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address real-time challenges on-site
Educational background in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and industry standards is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
