Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malappuram for a Manager - EV Charging Station Research Projects. The role involves managing and coordinating research projects related to EV charging technologies, developing project plans, overseeing execution, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying opportunities, optimizing project workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the renewable energy sector. The manager will also need to prepare detailed reports, manage budgeting, and maintain communication with stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Project Coordination skills are essential for effectively overseeing and executing complex research projects.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong Communication skills to ensure clear collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Proven ability to work on-site, demonstrating adaptability, problem-solving skills, and dedication to achieving project objectives.
• A background in energy technologies, sustainability, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in R&D, EV infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.

• Strong project management and team leadership skills.

• Exposure to regulatory frameworks and EV ecosystem development
