Division Head - EV Charging Station

Role Summary:

Responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end research and development initiatives in the EV charging infrastructure domain. The role involves managing cross-functional teams focused on technology innovation, market feasibility, and pilot implementation of EV charging solutions. The Division Manager drives strategic partnerships, ensures project alignment with sustainability goals, and translates research outcomes into scalable business models.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead research projects related to EV charging systems, grid integration, and energy efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams for prototype development and field testing.

Evaluate new technologies such as smart charging, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid), and renewable integration.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder reporting.

Coordinate with government bodies, research institutions, and industry partners.

Drive innovation through continuous study of emerging trends in e-mobility and sustainable energy.

Ideal Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.

3-4 years of experience in R&D, EV infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.

Strong project management and team leadership skills.

Exposure to regulatory frameworks and EV ecosystem development.
