Sales and Service Engineer

As a Sales & Service Engineer at Premier India Enterprises / Punjab Machine Tool, your role will involve a combination of sales and service responsibilities in the Industrial Equipment industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote and sell industrial products, particularly air compressors, to customers in power plants and industries. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve regional sales targets. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. - Install and commission ELGi air compressors at client sites. - Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. - Provide on-site technical support and resolve equipment-related complaints. - Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt support. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or ITI. - Experience: 1 to 5 years in sales or service. - Experience in the sales of industrial products like air compressors, DTH tools, crawler machines, Mining & construction Products are desirable. - Technical Skills: Installation, commissioning, and fault diagnosis of industrial machines (ELGi compressor experience preferred). - Other Requirements: Valid driving license, willingness to travel extensively across Vidarbha, strong communication, and customer-handling skills.
